Become a part of Catch Me

Catch Me is aimed partly at employers who need support with recruitment and/or looking for labour, who can start work the very next day if necessary, but also to people over 18 who want to work extra.

You must have at least 50 percent other employment to be eligible for employment through us according to Swedish collective agreement. Your main occupation may be studies, another job or retirement. You must also be 18 years of age, have Swedish citizenship or a work permit in Sweden. Create account

Uploading a profile picture is optional. However, it is good if a picture is uploaded, partly because that the employer must know who comes to the workplace but also because avoid fraud attempts. The picture will only be shown to the employer when you accepted an offer.

No. We need to verify that you are you.

You can skip the tests and still create a profile, but you won’t get any matches until the tests are completed.

You can delete your account at any time, you can do so in the app under Settings.

Work

Yes, if Catch Me requests a certificate from you. It must be stated there which your other occupation is.

You can take jobs in all cities offered in the app. But you need to get to it yourself city you said you were going to work in.

No, Catch Me does not pay travel expenses.

You sign a framework agreement that becomes your employment contract. You sign this agreement with BankID after you accept your first job. After this, you only need to thank yes or no when you are matched against available job offers.

When you accept an offer, contact details and address will be added the employer to appear. In connection with that, you will receive all information about the job.

We have a collective agreement via Almega and the Employers’ Association for Consulting Companies (Kompetensföretagarna) and we are connected to Unionen. We follow all the rules associated with this.

If you call in sick with more than twelve hours left until your shift starts, nothing happens, but with less time left you will be paused in the system. You will be asked to contact us at support@catchme.se, partly to report yourself sick but also to have your account unlocked so that you can work again.

You will be suspended and the account may be closed.

Salary

We use GFL, a method which, somewhat simplified, means that the employee receives the average salary for the current period the work at the specific workplace.

The salary is paid via Swish the same evening, so it is important that you enter the correct phone number. If you would work more hours than scheduled, your overtime will be paid the next day.

You change the swish number in your profile on Catch Me. If you did not receive your payment because you changed the information too late, contact us at support@catchme.se.

For employers

The first thing that happens is that you contact us, either by registering on the website under For Employers. You can also email support@catchme.se.

Personnel hired through Catch Me have undergone specially adapted tests for the exact type of industry for which you are looking for personnel. After each work shift, the employee receives a grade. The algorithm then makes sure to offer jobs to people with the highest rating first. For each job request, five people will receive a job offer; three workers with the highest rating and two workers who are new to the platform. This is so that there will always be a chance for new talented employees to find work, but that employees with a higher rating also have a greater chance of job offers in the future.

We charge a fee of SEK 50 per hour worked in addition to salary, taxes, social security contributions and an invoicing fee (currently 1.5 percent) from the employers. No other costs are added.

No, you will only be bound for the hours you are looking for staff. There are no other commitment periods or requirements.

By using our rehire function, you can easily go in and “ping” person X and offer the person to work again.

You as an employer commit to hiring the employee through us at Catch Me for three months (or 501 hours). If you want to recruit the employee within this time interval, you pay a recruitment fee to Catch Me.

Until you terminate your account with us.

If you post a job for an entire month at one time, you will receive an invoice, but if you post a job daily and which only extends to one day at a time, you will receive one invoice per day.

It is the employer who must ensure that work clothes and protective equipment are available. This is to ensure that our workers have the right equipment to be able to carry out the work at your place.

Yes, we have signed a collective agreement between Kompetensföretagen and Unionen Avtal for civil servants. For workers, a collective agreement will be signed depending on the industry in which the workers are active.
