Catch Me AB is taking the step from being a private company to becoming a public limited company. This is a milestone for us, and we are now receiving great assistance along the way from Finregsolutions in Malmö.
Our ambition is to be proactive and work in line with the requirements of the Companies Act for companies with more than 200 shareholders.
This change enables us to offer shares in Catch Me to more people, even though the company is not yet going public on the stock market
